ALBACURVE is an international women's fashion brand specializing in plus-size clothing crafted on dedicated patterns — never scaled up from standard sizes.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to facilitate purchases and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen rendering and natural fabric variation.
  • Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable VAT or sales taxes where relevant.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, and product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation by email.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other listed payment methods. Payment is processed in full at the time of order placement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. User-Generated Content

If you post content related to ALBACURVE (reviews, social media tags, photos), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with our brand.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on third-party rights
  • Transmit harmful code, malware, or spam
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
