Shipping policy

Simple, Worldwide Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide with one simple rate:

- Standard Delivery: €6.95
- Free Delivery on all orders over €100

No matter where you are, the rate is the same.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order is delivered worldwide within 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order via your customer account on albacurve.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- European Union orders: Prices include VAT. No additional customs charges apply.
- United Kingdom orders: Prices include applicable VAT for orders within the standard threshold. Larger orders may incur VAT at delivery.
- United States, Canada, and Rest of World orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our prices and are not refundable in case of return.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it:

1. Check with neighbors and your local post office.
2. Wait 48 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered before final drop-off.
3. If still missing, contact us at contact@albacurve.com with your order number.

For damaged packages, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Multiple Shipments

In rare cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost to you.
