Our Promise
At ALBACURVE, we craft every garment for the body it's meant to fit — not as a scaled-up version of someone else's pattern. We know how often plus-size shopping ends in disappointment, and we are committed to making your purchase risk-free.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Free Returns Within the European Union
Returns are free for customers within the EU. We provide a prepaid return label upon request.
For UK, US, Canada, and other international destinations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Free First Exchange
If your size is not right the first time, your first exchange is free — including the return shipping label and re-shipping of the new size. We want you to find your perfect fit.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Underwear, swimwear, and shapewear
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@albacurve.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (EU customers) and detailed instructions.
- Drop off your package at the indicated carrier point.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@albacurve.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@albacurve.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this legal minimum.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days from confirmation:
- Check with your bank or credit card company.
- If the issue persists, contact us at contact@albacurve.com.
